Commonwealth Finance Ministers Meeting 2004 - Communiqué

Commonwealth Finance Ministers met in St Kitts and Nevison 28-29 September 2004.  The meeting was chaired by the Prime Minister and Minister of Finance of St Kitts and Nevis, Dr the Hon Denzil Douglas.
