Ministers welcomed efforts from the UN to help the process and called for a 'timebound' dialogue to achieve agreement on institutional reforms, as well as ensuring an environment for 'credible and inclusive' presidential elections in 2018.
They were clear that all sides had to compromise, participate fully without preconditions and show flexibility around strengthening the country's political processes.
