“We are very pleased to be working with Taylor & Francis as the new publishers of Information Technology for Development,” said Tony Ming, Advisor on Informatics at the Commonwealth Secretariat. “The enthusiasm and commitment of the T&F team has impressed us enormously and we look forward to seeing the journal grow from strength to strength in the coming years.”
Information Technology for Development is cited widely in the fields of information systems, public administration, economics, and international development and business and is also popular with international agencies connected to the Commonwealth Secretariat, United Nations, and World Bank.
Information Technology for Development accepts both qualitative and quantitative research on development issues, IT policy, IT business and health informatics.
It is of particular interest to engineers, scientists, strategists, practitioners in the field, academics, international leaders, and policy-makers who make decisions about investments in technical, legal and human infrastructures.
“Taylor & Francis has a long and successful tradition of collaboration with international research community,” said Richard Steele, Editorial Director at T&F journals. “[We are] delighted to begin a partnership with the Editor and the Commonwealth Secretariat in publishing this leading journal for the dissemination of outstanding, innovative, and challenging research on the global impact of IT on economic, social, and human development.”
