Published annually by the Commonwealth Local Government Forum (CLGF), this handbook provides key facts on local government systems and structures in Commonwealth countries.

The updated sixth edition gives full country profiles of local government systems, their structures, electoral systems, legislation, service responsibilities, funding, e-government, relationships with central government and upcoming reforms in each country.
