The Queen addresses High Commissioners and dignitaries at the Commonwealth Day Reception

Head of the Commonwealth, HM Queen Elizabeth II, has signed the Commonwealth Charter.

She addressed High Commissioners and dignitaries at the Commonwealth Day Reception today at Marlborough House in London.

The Queen was accompanied by HRH the Duke of Edinburgh.
