The reference book is a central source of information on key aspects of policy issues for all Commonwealth ministers.

The ‘Commonwealth Ministers Reference Book 2006’ features articles under eight main headings: gobalisation and good governance; economic growth and investment; the environment and sustainable energy; security and transport; information and communication technologies; education and training; health and welfare; and media, sports and culture.
