Commonwealth Deputy Secretary-General Mmasekgoa Masire-Mwamba met Members of Parliament from the National Assembly of Nigeria at Marlborough House, London, on 30 October 2009.
The legislators paid a courtesy call on the Commonwealth Secretariat as part of their visit to the UK, facilitated by the Commonwealth Parliamentary Association.
They expressed a keen interest in issues of youth engagement in the political process, among other broader issues of democracy and development.
