East African Journalists attend Sexual and Reproductive Health workshop

A workshop on Sexual and Reproductive Health was held for journalists from Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania in Nairobi between 12 and 15 September 2007.

Unity Media for Social Change, in collaboration with the Commonwealth Media Development Fund, organised the workshop to generate interest and increase understanding in the media who report on Sexual and Reproductive Health.

The event aimed to promote issues of reproductive health, which do not receive a significant amount of attention in many media organisations.
