Training Needs Assessment for Senior Leadership Development in Swaziland

1. The deadline for submission of proposals is 24:00 hours GMT on Friday, 06 November 2009.

2. This invitation is open to consulting companies and independent consultants.

3. Consultants must demonstrate their knowledge of the subject by clearly interpreting the terms of reference and providing a methodology and approach that they will adopt in undertaking the assignment.

4. Consultants must provide a clear work plan that they will use in undertaking the assignment along with a detailed financial budget showing breakdown of fees, subsistence allowance, airfares and any other project costs;.

5. Consulting companies must provide the names and nationalities of all the consultants who will be involved in the project, their respective levels of effort and their CVs. Consulting companies should also attach their company profile/capability statement to the proposal.

6. Proposals should be submitted electronically via e-mail to j.lek@commonwealth.int to the attention of Mr James Lek, Human Resources Section (CFTC), Commonwealth Secretariat.

Only consulting firms (registered in any Commonwealth member country) or independent consultant(s) who are national(s) of a Commonwealth member country and who possess the required expertise are invited to submit their proposal which should include a covering statement of your organization/company’s relevant expertise, if applicable, and its experience of similar projects and services carried out in developing countries.
