Call for papers. International Conference on Gender Responsive Budgeting and Social Justice.

Call for papers. International Conference on Gender Responsive Budgeting and Social Justice. The Nordic Baltic Network for Gender Responsive Budgeting will arrange an international conference on this theme on the 10 and 11 January 2008 at the Mykolas Romeris University, Vilnius, Lithuania.

Papers on all aspects of gender responsive budgeting are invited, in particular papers relating gender responsive budgeting to social justice, and papers addressing issues on

  • EGRB and welfare benefits, social insurance & old age pensions
  • EGRB and tax policies
  • EGRB and the labour market

Abstracts of papers to be submitted must be sent to genderbud@econ.uio.no before 15 October 2007.

The conference program will be posted on www.oekonomi.uio.no/grb in
the course of May and June 2007.
