'The Modern Commonwealth' lecture

'The Modern Commonwealth' lecture will be given by Chief Emeka Anyaoku, former Secretary-General of the Commonwealth.

This is one of a series of lectures to mark the joint centenary of the Round Table: the Commonwealth Journal of International Affairs and the Royal Over-Seas League.

The lecture will take place from 7.00 to 8.30pm
