This is the twelfth in a series of seminars for Ministers and senior officials from Commonwealth and other countries in the Asia-Pacific who are leading reform and change in the public sector. This programme of seminars is offered by the Victoria University of Wellington together with the Commonwealth Fund for Technical Co-operation (CFTC) and the New Zealand Agency for International Development (NZAID).
