Report on the activities of the Commonwealth Scholarship and Fellowship Plan

The Commonwealth Scholarship and Fellowship Plan is one of the largest and most enduring forms of Commonwealth collaboration. Over 25,000 individuals, from virtually all member states, have held awards in 25 countries since its establishment in 1959.
