2010 Sri Lanka Elections - Final Report

At the invitation of the Sri Lankan Commissioner of Elections, the Commonwealth Secretary-General, Mr Kamalesh Sharma, constituted an Expert Team for the Sri Lanka Presidential Election of 26 January 2010. The Team was led by Mr KD Knight, former Foreign Minister of Jamaica, and comprised five persons in total. The Expert Team was supported by a four-member staff team from the Commonwealth.
