2005 Sri Lanka Election - Final Report

This Report is reproduced here in the form in which it was signed by the members of the Team prior to their departure from Colombo on 22 November 2005. It was transmitted to the Commonwealth Secretary-General on Tuesday, 29 November. He subsequently sent it to the President of Sri Lanka, the Commissioner of Elections, the political parties and Commonwealth governments. It was placed on this website and released to the media on Friday, 16 December 2005.
