2004 St Kitts and Nevis Election - Final Report

The Report of the Commonwealth Expert Team which was present for the St Kitts and Nevis General Election on 25 October 2004 follows.

It is reproduced here in the form in which it was signed by the Experts prior to their departure on 28 October.

The Report was delivered to the Commonwealth Secretary-General on 1 November 2004. During the following week it was sent it to the Prime Minister of St Kitts and Nevis, the Electoral Commissioner, the Supervisor of Elections and Commonwealth governments. It was placed on this web-site and released to the media on Friday 12 November 2004.
