2007 Nigeria Elections - Final Report

EXPLANATORY NOTE

This is the Report of the Commonwealth Observer Group which was present for the State and Federal Elections in Nigeria, held on 14 and 21 April respectively.

The Group’s report is reproduced here in the form in which it was signed by the Observers prior to their departure from Nigeria. After transmittal to the Secretary General of the Commonwealth it was then sent to the President of Nigeria, the Chairperson of the Independent National Electoral Commission, the main political parties and Commonwealth governments.
