2009 Malawi Election - Final Report

At the invitation of the Chairperson of the Malawi Electoral Commission, Justice A Msosa, the Commonwealth Secretary-General, Mr Kamalesh Sharma, constituted an Observer Group for the Malawi Parliamentary and Presidential Elections scheduled for 19 May 2009.

The Group was led by H.E. Mr John Kufuor, former President of Ghana, and comprised ten eminent persons in total.
