2006 Election in The Gambia - Final Report

The Group’s report is reproduced here in the form in which it was signed by the Observers prior to their departure from Banjul on 29 September 2006. It was transmitted to the Commonwealth Secretary-General on Monday 9 October 2006. It was then sent to the President of The Gambia, the Chairman of the Independent Electoral Commission, the main political parties and Commonwealth governments.
