2004 - Cameroon Election - Final Report

This is the report of the Commonwealth Observer Group which was present for the Presidential Election in Cameroon , held on 11 October 2004 .

The Report was signed by the Observers in Yaoundé prior to their departure on 16 October. It was subsequently transmitted to the Commonwealth Secretary-General, who in turn sent it to the President of Cameroon, the President of the National Elections Observatory, the leaders of the main political parties and Commonwealth governments. It was placed on this web-site and released to the media on Thursday 21 October 2004 .
