16CCEM - Cape Town Communiqué

The 16th Conference of Commonwealth Education Ministers (16CCEM) was held in Cape Town, South Africa, from 11-14 December 2006. It was chaired by the Hon Naledi Pandor, MP, Minister of Education, South Africa and opened by the Hon Trevor Manuel, MP, Minister of Finance, South Africa.
