Report of the 2010 Small States Global Biennial Conference

As representatives of small states from the Africa, Asia-Pacific and Caribbean Regions, we participated in the first Small States Biennial Conference, held at Marlborough
House, London on 28 and 29 July 2010. The conference was convened by the Commonwealth Secretariat in response to the call of Commonwealth Heads of Government and Commonwealth Finance Ministers, at their respective meetings in 2009.
