Public Procurement and the Economic Partnership Agreements

This paper commissioned by the Economic Affairs Division of the Commonwealth Secretariat and undertaken by Professor Woolcock of the London School of Economics (LSE) analyses the development implications on ACP countries of negotiating the issue within the EPAs and suggests some policy recommendations for their consideration. It was presented at the recent EPA Conference held in Cape Town in April 2008.
