Political Financing in the Commonwealth

In this first publication in the Commonwealth Secretariat's Taking Democracy Seriously series, academic Michael Pinto-Duschinsky:

- surveys the laws and practices of the Commonwealth countries concerning the financing of election campaign and political parties;
- highlights some problems and issues; and
