Uganda - International relations
Uganda has affiliations with a number of major international organisations – including the United Nations (UN) and the World Trade Organization (WTO) – and is a member of regional institutions such as the African Development Bank (AfDB); the Common Market for Eastern and Southern Africa (COMESA); the African Union (AU); the African, Caribbean and Pacific Group of States (ACP); and the East African Community (EAC). It is also a member of the Non-Aligned Movement (NAM).
