Sri Lanka - International relations

Sri Lanka is a member of the United Nations and a founder member of the Non-Aligned Movement. It also plays a role in the South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation. In addition, Sri Lanka is a member of the World Bank, the World Trade Organization, the International Monetary Fund, the Indian Ocean Rim Association for Regional Cooperation, the Asian Development Bank, and the Colombo Plan.
