Sri Lanka - International relations

Sri Lanka is a member of the United Nations (UN) and a founder member of the Non-Aligned Movement (NAM). It also plays a role in the South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation (SAARC). In addition, Sri Lanka is a member of the World Bank (WB), the World Trade Organization (WTO), the Non-Aligned Movement (NAM), the International Monetary Fund (IMF), the Indian Ocean Rim Association for Regional Cooperation (IOR-ARC), the Asian Development Bank (ADB) and the Colombo Plan.
