The Gambia - International relations
The Gambia is a member of the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) and in June 2006 hosted the summit of the African Union (AU).
The Gambia is also a member of the United Nations (UN); the World Trade Organization (WTO); the African, Caribbean and Pacific Group of States (ACP); and the Non-Aligned Movement (NAM).
