DesignThe findings and recommendations of the extensive Hub & Spokes II needs assessment and design exercise are available below.

Overall, these Design Documents detail:

  • how a Hub & Spokes II programme should be structured;
  • the capacity needs to be targeted by a Hub & Spokes II programme;
  • proposed Hub & Spokes II capacity building activities; and
  • cost estimates for proposed Hub & Spokes II activities.

It is envisaged these Documents will assist project partners secure the financial resources necessary to make a Hub and Spokes Phase II programme a success.

Hub & Spokes II Design Document
The Hub & Spokes II Design Document is the lead report that provides the complete results and analysis of the needs assessment and design exercise conducted across the ACP regions in 2009-2010. Supporting evidence and data are included in the Annexes.

Regional Briefs
A series of three Regional Briefs have been prepared for outlining the proposed Hub & Spokes II programme for the Africa, Caribbean and Pacific regions. These briefs provide a snapshot of the needs assessment and design exercise conducted in each region.
