Hub & Spokes e-Learning Initiative

The Hub & Spokes project team is constantly looking for new ways to support capacity development efforts and is proposing to offer ACP regions the opportunity for key trade policy stakeholders to participate in an e-Learning course.

In the first instance, funding is available to offer a pilot course in ONE specific trade policy area relevant to the parameters of the Hub & Spokes project—namely trade policy formulation, negotiations and implementation.

The project team has written to trade ministries across the ACP regions seeking views and course preferences for this initiative. In order to ascertain topic preferences, a short survey has been prepared for trade ministries to complete.
