RebeccRebecca Scotta advises the Director on financial matters, administers the division's finances, monitors and prepares financial reports on expenditure and budget balances. She also assists in the annual budget and contributes to financial and strategic reports required by the division.

Cathy handles information requests about the Commonwealth and co-ordinates distribution of free publications and press releases. She liaises with High Commissions and non-governmental organisations and ensures the Secretariat has an up-to-date diary of forthcoming events and current information on member countries.
