Manager and Head of Library and Archives

Nsekanji is responsible for the strategic direction and management of the Library, Archives and Record Management services. She oversees of the section's personnel and financial management. Nsekanji develops and delivers strategy and policy for the area.

Hilary McEwan

Archivist and the Records Management Officer

Hilary caries out the annual appraisal of records for release into the public domain, in accordance with the Secretariat's policy on Shared Records. She is also responsible for the promotion and the preservation of the archives and handles enquiries concerning the collection and the history of the Secretariat. 

She is working on implementing an organisation wide Records Management Programme.

Theodora Addo
Documentation Officer

Theodora is responsible for the operation of the Library’s databases and for training staff in other divisions who use them for recording archival files.  She maintains the Library’s collection of the Secretariat’s publications and also processes the Library’s payments.
