Hilary McEwan

Hilary McEwan is responsible for the Archives and the Record Management of the Commonwealth Secretariat. She undertakes the annual appraisal of records for release into the public domain, in accordance with the Secretariat's policy on Shared Records. Hilary is also responsible for the promotion and the preservation of the Archives and handles enquiries concerning the collection and the history of the Secretariat. 

She is currently working on the implementation of an organisation wide Records Management Programme.

Theodora Addo 

Theodora Addo is responsible for the operation of the Library’s databases and for training staff in other divisions who use them for recording archival files.  She maintains the Library’s collection of the Secretariat’s publications and also processes the Library’s payments.
