Our work focuses on:

- Strengthening judiciaries and judicial processes.

- Supporting constitutional and legal reforms.

- Training of legislative drafters

- Combating transnational crime, counter terrorism and anti-corruption.

- Promoting legal assistance and international cooperation in criminal matters.

- Supporting national jurisdictions to implement international legal conventions through training courses and providing model legislation.

- Disseminating and facilitating access to legal information throughout the Commonwealth.

- Helping Legal Ministries to combat counterfeiting and piracy, human trafficking and seize the proceeds of the crime.

- Providing training and technical experts to address the shortage of specialist lawyers who draft laws and advise in specialised areas.

- Ensuring gender equality is integrated into our work assisting governments with the development of legal policies.
