| 27 November 2009: | Deadline for receiving completed MTR Survey Questionnaires |
| November/December 2009: | Report writing workshop (Date TBC) |
| November 2009 - January 2010 | Regional consultation meetings (dates TBC) |
| February 2010: | Presentation of the first draft report at the Annual National Women’s Machineries Consultation, New York |
| June 2010: | Presentation of the final report at the 9th Women’s Affairs Ministerial Meeting (9WAMM), Barbados |
The Commonwealth’s gender equality programme is defined by the Commonwealth Plan of Action for Gender Equality 2005–2015 (PoA).
