The Eighth session of the Commonwealth Consultative Group on Environment (CCGE) took place on Tuesday, 12 February 2002 in advance of the UNEP Global Ministerial Environment Forum in Cartagena, Colombia. South Africa's Minister of Environmental Affairs and Tourism, the Hon. Mohammed Valli Moosa, chaired the meeting.
