The G20 Multi-Year Action Plan on Development: Commonwealth and Organisation Internationale de La Francophonie Perspectives

Cape Town, South Africa

This Conference, which is being organised jointly by the Commonwealth Secretariat and Organisation Internationale de La Francophonie, will take place shortly before the meeting of the G20 Development Working Group (DWG) in Cape Town, and will include participation by some G20 DWG members.

The conference aims to ensure that the perspectives of Commonwealth and La Francophonie developing countries are taken into account in the deliberations of the G20 DWG and the decisions of the G20.

The joint Commonwealth and La Francophonie meeting in Cape Town will focus on three themes: trade, financial inclusion and growth with resilience.
