Creating an enabling environment for IT services

The conference on 'Creating an enabling environment for IT services' took place from 20-22 April 2010 in Mauritius. The conference was organised by the Commonwealth Secretariat and the government of Mauritius.

Background:

In delivering its mandate to enhance export competitiveness in Commonwealth Member States, the Commonwealth Secretariat has provided support to seventeen countries seeking to enhance their trade in services.
