In line with the Commonwealth Secretariat’s Mission Statement which, among other things, is “to work as a force for peace, equality and good governance (which includes the rule of law and human rights) ….” and in keeping with the practice of other international administrative tribunals the Commonwealth Secretariat Arbitral Tribunal (CSAT) welcomes the opportunity to promote its activities to the public.
