Shahreen Srabon Tilottoma, 20, is a second year undergraduate student, majoring in Law, at BRAC University, Bangladesh. She works as an active member of the National Youth Council of Bangladesh. She also worked with one of the renowned daily newspaper, where she wrote articles on youth issues and literature.

Shahreen has been actively involved with the Tagore music oriented cultural club. Besides that she has been working as an active youth artist with many youth cultural forum in Bangladesh. She has performed a number of national and international programmes and was awarded by VNSC as a best performer and leader in 2004.

She has earned the award for excellence in youth development work, leadership and other curriculum activities from the Vice-Chancellor of BRAC University. She was the leader of Residential Semester of BRAC University for three months and she has been working as an active member of BU Debating club and BU cultural forum. She has been working on participation of youth in decision making and communication as a general member of National Youth Council of Bangladesh.

She attended a workshop about leadership and capacity development at Chandigarh, India, organised by CYP Asia Centre.
Having field level experience on the current youth issues of Bangladesh, Shahreen has chosen to work with all effectual mode of progress for youth of the region and her country as well.
