Montserrat

Jermaine Wade

Jermaine works as a Customer Service Agent at the Customs and Excise Department in Montserrat.

He has special skills training in leadership, management, public speaking and peer counseling among others.

He is the Vice President of the National Youth Council, and Chief Minister of Youth Parliament and Rotaract just to name a few.

In Jermaine's view, the position of Regional Youth Caucus representative is very serious in that the main aim is to Represent to the fullest, the issues and concerns brought by the young people of Montserrat. 

Commenting on his role as RYC rep he says. "by doing this I will be able to assist in making a positive change in our community. As RYC rep. I will be able to participate in the creation of unity and oneness among young people in Montserrat, the commonwealth Caribbean and the Commonwealth, sharing the unique culture of our island, meeting people and learning new ways of developing our youth."
