Ms Glenyss James

Ms Glenyss James is Guyanese and is the Lead Officer responsible for Youth Work Education and Training, CPAD Internship and HIV/AIDS CYPL programme.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Managementfrom the University of Guyana and is currently pursuing studies in a MA in Youth and Community Work through Brunel University in the UK.

Ms James previously worked as a Senior Inspector of Taxes for the Guyanese Ministry of Finance, a Country Coordinator for the Inter-American Development Bank and an Administrative Assistant at the CARICOM Secretariat.

" My desire for youth work in the short term is to see youth development workers at both policy and implementation levels accessing CYP training programmes to enhance their performance."
