Sanyi Emmanuel Sanyi

Sanyi Emmanuel SanyiSanyi Emmanuel Sanyi, 25, holds a professional diploma in Electronic and Computer Systems Management. He is currently undergoing the “Pan-African Interaction Leadership Programme” which brings together Leaders from across Africa and the UK to look for new ideas to bring about positive change and meaningful development. In 2002, he formed the Local Youth Corner Cameroon, an international youth NGO working with young people to adopt positive responses to the many challenges they face in Cameroon. He currently serves as the National Coordinator.

He participated at the Commonwealth Youth Forum 4 in Abuja, Nigeria in 2003, during which he served in the outcome drafting committee. He also participated in the International Students Conference on Aids and the UN Millennium Development Goals in Lusaka-Zambia, where he is a Country Delegate. His hobbies are reading, listening to gospel music, travelling and playing football. 

Sanyi aspires to see the moment when “every Cameroonian youth will see him or herself as an asset to the nation, fully understanding that building the Cameroonian nation is his or her responsibility.”
