Ms Nellie Munala is Kenyan and is a Programme Officer for Youth Networks and Governance in the CYP Africa Centre in Lusaka, Zambia.
She has a BA in Sociology from the University of Nairobi, Postgraduate qualifications in Mass Communication from the Kenya Institute of Mass Communication and a Master of Arts degree in Development Studies from the Institute of Socila Studies, the Hague, the Netherlands.
Before joining CYP she has worked in youth and gender development initiatives in Kenya, Rwanda and the democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) for 15 years. Her previous engagements include contributing to policy development and mainstreaming gender and HIV and AIDS in development processes.
