General Services Section

Abdul-Karim Dubiure

As Head of Property Services, Abdul-Karim is responsible for ensuring that all offices in the Secretariat's headquarters are well maintained. He also manages central purchasing and the procurement of goods and facilities.

Abdul-Karim has a wide range of experience in both the public and private sectors. Over the last twelve years he has worked in a customer-focused, multi-national financial institution.

Cheryl Rebeiro

Cheryl is the Deputy Head of Property Services whose responsibilities include ensuring that all offices in the Secretariat's headquarters are well maintained.

In addition to supervising health and safety services, she also liaises with external service providers and ensures the smooth running of the section on a day to day basis.
