Call for Papers

The Commonwealth Law Bulletin is a quarterly, peer-reviewed journal focusing on legal articles, legislation, law reform and judicial decisions throughout the Commonwealth. It is a unique resource that encourages reflection and debate on legal developments within the Commonwealth and serves as a forum for the assessment of emerging issues in the law.

Scope of Papers

We are constantly searching for well-researched, informative papers on legal subjects of relevance to one or more Commonwealth countries. A wide range of topics would be considered, including legal developments within one or more Commonwealth countries, emerging issues of law and legal trends which could have an impact on the Commonwealth and/or its member countries.

The Commonwealth Law Bulletin seeks to strike a balance between academic and practitioner material and, in the past, papers by, inter alia, professors of law, PHD readers, members of the bar and bench and other legal practitioners have been published.

If you would like to discuss possible subject or for queries, you may contact the legal editor, Aldo Zammit Borda, at: legaleditor@commonwealth.int
