International relations

Singapore is a member of the United Nations (UN), the World Trade Organization (WTO), the Non-Aligned Movement (NAM), the Indian Ocean Rim Association for Regional Cooperation (IOR-ARC), the Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) group of states, and the Asian Development Bank (ADB). It is also a founder member of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN).
