Commonwealth Development Network

Welcome to the Commonwealth Development Network (CDN) which facilitates information sharing on Commonwealth member government contact points as well as between member governments and the Secretariat.

Links to multilateral and bilateral development agencies and institutions engaged in international development are also provided.

Primary Contact Points and Points of Contact

Primary Contact Points

Each member country has a single designated Primary Contact Point (PCP) nominated by the government.

Points of Contact

Points of Contact (POC) are officials in ministries or departments of member governments, with whom Secretariat officers liaise.
